Leadership Opportunities May Include Center Director Assistant Center Director Future center leadership opportunities Responsibilities May Include Supporting or overseeing daily childcare center operations Leading, coaching, developing, and supporting teaching teams Recruiting, onboarding, and retaining high-quality educators Maintaining appropriate staffing, classroom ratios, and scheduling Supporting implementation of The Learning Experience's L.E.A.P.
