Responsibilities Include:

Leading our teaching staff, supporting families, achieving enrollment, and operational objectives. Partner with parents to assure the best care and education for their children. Gain positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners. Serve in a wide variety of roles throughout the center as needed, including lead classroom teacher. Be responsible for ensuring an educational, caring and safe environment for the children and parents.

Requirements include:

Have knowledge of Creative Curriculum. Have knowledge of state licensing rules. Be flexible in hours. Be willing to work in classroom alongside teaching staff. Prior experience as an assistant director/director role.
