Champions is coming to Morrice Elementary School and hiring a Site Director to lead our Elementary before & after school program. As Site Director, you'll oversee daily operations, lead a team of educators, and create an environment where kids in grades K-6 thrive before and after school.

School Year Before School:

6:30 AM - 8:00

AM School Year After School:

2:55 PM - 6:00

PM Summertime:

This program opens at the end of summer but we're hiring our site director to begin now Weekends OFF Work 32 hours/week total Hiring Now. Program hours above are fixed. In addition to leading the program, the Site Director works on-site during midday hours to handle administrative responsibilities like family communication, staffing, program building, and compliance. You'll have flexibility in structuring that midday time around business needs. Total hours worked per week for our site director: 32 Bonus paid at 30 days. Subject to taxes and fees.
