What they do
A Preschool or Childcare Director manages and directs programs for very young children. Supervises child care workers and pre-school teachers. Proposes policies, program fees and budgets for approval by a program board or administrative agency or implements policies of a national organization. Meets with parents and staff to discuss the development, learning and behavior of children in the program or center. Orders supplies and monitors maintenance and cleaning at a facility. Ensures that the program or center meets state and federal guidelines.

6:30 AM - 8:00AM School Year After School:
2:55 PM - 6:00PM Summertime:
This program opens at the end of summer but we're hiring our site director to begin now Weekends OFF Work 32 hours/week total Hiring Now. Program hours above are fixed. In addition to leading the program, the Site Director works on-site during midday hours to handle administrative responsibilities like family communication, staffing, program building, and compliance. You'll have flexibility in structuring that midday time around business needs. Total hours worked per week for our site director: 32 Bonus paid at 30 days. Subject to taxes and fees.
