Meets with parents and staff to discuss the development, learning and behavior of children in the program or center. Orders supplies and monitors maintenance and cleaning at a facility. Ensures that the program or center meets state and federal guidelines.

Licensed capacity for 138 children Programs serving Infant through Pre-K A dedicated team of 28+ staff members Position Overview As Center Director, you will provide leadership, vision, and operational excellence to ensure the success of our newest school. This role is ideal for a motivated, organized, and solutions-oriented professional who thrives in a leadership environment. You will play a key role in launching the center, building your team, and establishing a positive, high-quality culture from day one. Key Responsibilities Oversee all daily school operations including staffing, enrollment, budgeting, and facility management Ensure full compliance with Minnesota state licensing and regulatory standards Lead hiring, training, development, and retention of staff Maintain high standards of educational quality and care Build strong relationships with families and the local community Serve as a role model through professionalism, integrity, and servant leadership Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, or related field (CDA considered) Minimum 2 years of experience as a Director or Assistant Director in a licensed childcare setting Strong understanding of licensing, staffing, enrollment, and budgeting Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and retain a team Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their growth Reliable, ethical, and values-driven leadership style Strong professional references Benefits Benefits are available and will be discussed during the interview process.
