Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Child Care Center Director to lead our early childhood education program with passion and strategic vision. Duties Provide visionary leadership by developing and implementing curriculum plans aligned with early childhood education best practices and regulatory standards. Manage all aspects of center operations, including budgeting, staffing, and resource allocation to ensure efficient and effective service delivery. Supervise school staff through ongoing performance evaluations, professional development facilitation, and team leadership initiatives. Oversee personnel management in accordance with employment laws, including hiring, training, coaching, and disciplinary actions. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to childcare licensing, health & safety standards, and special education law. Lead fundraising efforts to support program growth and community engagement initiatives. Facilitate strategic planning sessions to set long-term goals for the center's growth, educational excellence, and community outreach. Conduct faculty evaluations focusing on instructional leadership in early childhood education and classroom experience quality. Manage budgets as an executive education administrator while maintaining financial sustainability of the center. Develop policies for school legal compliance and educational regulation adherence to maintain accreditation standards. Promote a positive environment by engaging with families through regular communication, public speaking engagements, and community events. Experience Proven experience in school administrative leadership or as a school director within early childhood or K-12 education settings. Extensive background in curriculum development tailored for early childhood development programs. Demonstrated success in managing budgets, fundraising initiatives, and strategic planning at an executive level within educational organizations. Strong supervisory skills with experience in personnel management, faculty evaluation, and team leadership in educational environments. Knowledge of school legal requirements including special education law and educational compliance regulations. Classroom teaching experience in early childhood or K-12 settings is highly desirable. Familiarity with managing school staff supervision processes and facilitating professional development for educators. Excellent communication skills suitable for public speaking engagements with families, staff, and community stakeholders.
