Center Manager
Job Description
The Center Manager at Sadowsky Autism Services plays a vital role in supporting our mission to provide high-quality therapeutic services to children with autism in our St Joseph, MO location. This position is responsible for actively managing clinical schedules for both staff and clients, maintaining communication with families, and coordinating services to ensure efficient and consistent care. The Center Manager also supports the onboarding of new clients, manages waitlists, and works closely with clinical and administrative teams to anticipate staffing and scheduling needs. In addition to administrative coordination, the Center Manager helps maintain a safe, welcoming, and organized center environment. This includes assisting clients as they enter and exit the building, supporting clinical staff by supervising clients during breaks when needed, monitoring supplies, and helping ensure therapy spaces and common areas remain clean and well organized. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable balancing administrative responsibilities with hands-on support in a fast-paced clinical setting. Key Responsibilities Active management of day-to-day schedules including communication with clients and staff on changes and updates to the schedule. Prepare future schedules in anticipation of changes in availability (most prominently at the end of school for the summer and beginning of the summer to the fall) Manage the client waitlist for Applied Behavior Analysis services. Monitor the need for additional clinical staffing. Oversee the opening and closing assignment schedule including direct opening / closing duties for the Center as needed. Assist clients with entering and exiting the building to ensure safety and a smooth transition to and from services. Provide client engagement and supervision during breaks to support clinical staff and maintain continuity of care. Maintain cleanliness and organization of therapy spaces, common areas, and materials to support a safe and welcoming environment for clients and staff. Monitor inventory levels of center supplies and coordinate ordering to ensure adequate stock is maintained. Qualifications Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Experience in scheduling, administrative coordination, healthcare, or service-based environments preferred

Pay:
$20.00 - $24.00 per hour
