About Ms. Rosie's At Ms. Rosie's Little Achievers Learning Center, we believe childhood should be filled with love, learning, and joyful discovery. We care for children from 8 weeks through 4 years old , creating a safe, nurturing environment where every child is known, encouraged, and celebrated. While we love watching all children grow, we have a special passion for our littlest achievers. Our center features multiple classrooms dedicated to infants and toddlers because we believe the earliest years lay the foundation for a lifetime of learning, confidence, and connection. Our teachers build meaningful relationships with every child and every family, creating a place where parents feel confident leaving their children each day and children are excited to return. What You'll Do As Center Director, you'll be responsible for: Leading and developing an incredible team Creating a positive, encouraging workplace culture Supporting and mentoring teachers Building relationships with families Maintaining Missouri licensing compliance Overseeing enrollment and tours Ensuring classrooms remain safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate Managing daily operations Helping our center continue to grow while protecting the family atmosphere we're known for The Leader We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: Loves children and believes early childhood changes lives Naturally encourages and develops people Leads with integrity and accountability Is organized and dependable Communicates with kindness and professionalism Can confidently make decisions while supporting their team Brings positive energy every day Meets Missouri Director qualifications (or is eligible) Experience as a childcare director or assistant director is preferred but we care just as much about character and leadership.
