Job Description
Position Requirements Description Per Diem Anesthesiologist needed At Surgical Center In Morehead City, North Carolina! We provide anesthesia services at the Surgical Center of Morehead City and work in a care team model and offer a friendly, professional work environment. We are seeking a per diem Anesthesiologist to join our growing group practice. This care team model means that we focus on giving everyone a voice, while supporting, respecting, and helping them to deliver care excellence.
Total Rewards Hourly Rate:
$250 per hour- Fully paid malpractice insurance coverage Case Assignments & Schedule
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 7am - 3 or 4pm, flexible schedule No call, no weekends, no holidays!- Orthopedic, general surgery, endoscopy, urology, ophthalmology and podiatry cases Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures
- Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent
- Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients
- Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
- Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed
- Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership Requirements
- MD or DO from an accredited institution
- Completion of Anesthesiology Residency
- Board Eligible or Board Certified
- Current medical licensure
