Job Description Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality care to cardiology patients in an outpatient clinic setting Conduct assessments, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop treatment plans in collaboration with physicians Manage follow-up care and patient education for cardiac conditions Support a team-based approach to patient care, ensuring continuity and quality outcomes

Minimum Requirements:

Graduate of accredited school of nursing. Successful completion of an approved Nurse Practitioner program. Three years of professional nursing experience. Current licensure in the state of North Carolina. Deliver outstanding customer service that upholds CarolinaEast's Standards of Excellence.
