Proposes policies, program fees and budgets for approval by a program board or administrative agency or implements policies of a national organization. Meets with parents and staff to discuss the development, learning and behavior of children in the program or center. Orders supplies and monitors maintenance and cleaning at a facility. Ensures that the program or center meets state and federal guidelines.

You will be responsible for the overall operations of the classroom as well as overseeing the personal lives of our children. Responsibilities. Oversee the overall operations of the classroom including but not limited to: lesson planning, teaching methods, technology, food preparation and sanitation. Ensure that safety and quality standards are maintained at all times.Develop positive relationships with teachers and children.
Manage staff by providing ongoing training.
Provide feedback to the teacher and school regarding student performance, as well as discuss any issues or problems that arise.
Arrange for training courses for teachers and administrators to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
