We're looking for an enthusiastic Program Director who is ready to lead our mission-driven team and make a lasting impact every day. What You'll Do As our Program Director, you'll serve as the heart of our daily operations, ensuring participants receive exceptional care while leading a dedicated team of professionals.

You'll:

✅ Oversee all daily operations of our Adult Day Center ✅ Lead, mentor, and support center staff ✅ Ensure compliance with North Carolina regulations and program requirements ✅ Guide participant care planning, family meetings, and service coordination ✅ Manage budgets and administrative functions ✅ Foster positive relationships with families, community partners, and stakeholders ✅ Represent IADS throughout the community and help grow awareness of our services ✅ Create an environment where participants, caregivers, and staff feel respected, valued, and supported What Makes You a Great Fit We're seeking someone who brings both strong leadership skills and a genuine passion for serving older adults and individuals with disabilities. Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of supervisory or administrative experience Minimum 1 year working with older adults, individuals with disabilities, or related populations Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record CPR and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain) Ability to build positive relationships with staff, participants, families, and community partners Education One of the following: Bachelor's degree, preferably in a health-related field, OR At least two years of post-secondary education, OR High school diploma/GED with a combination of five years of relevant training and experience serving older adults or individuals with disabilities The Qualities We're Looking For You are:
