Office Manager / Receptionist - ABA Therapy Center EverBloom Therapy Center Thomasville, NC Full-Time Join Our Growing Team! EverBloom Therapy Center is a growing ABA therapy center dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate services to children and families. We are seeking a reliable, organized, professional, and friendly Office Manager / Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our center and help keep daily office operations running smoothly. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, solving problems, and being part of a growing healthcare organization. Position Responsibilities Greet clients, families, staff, and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner. Answer and manage incoming phone calls, emails, and general inquiries. Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings. Assist with client intake and referral coordination. Maintain accurate client and administrative records. Assist families with general questions and direct clinical questions to the appropriate team member. Manage office supplies and maintain an organized office environment. Assist with staff onboarding and administrative paperwork. Track attendance and assist with staff scheduling. Assist management with daily administrative tasks. Communicate with insurance companies, providers, families, and other professionals as needed. Assist with obtaining and organizing documentation required for client services. Help maintain compliance with company policies and administrative requirements. Prepare reports, spreadsheets, forms, and other office documents. Support the clinical team with administrative needs. Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements. Help ensure the office operates efficiently and professionally. Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is: Professional, dependable, and highly organized. Friendly and comfortable interacting with children and families. Comfortable answering phones and communicating with multiple people throughout the day. Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks. Comfortable using computers, email, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling systems. A strong communicator. Able to work independently and take initiative. Comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Experienced in healthcare, medical office administration, ABA, behavioral health, or a similar setting preferred but not required . Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous office, receptionist, administrative, healthcare, or customer service experience preferred. Experience with ABA or healthcare administration is a plus. Must be dependable and maintain a professional appearance and attitude. Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality.
