Header Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Child Care Center Director to lead and manage our early childhood education facility. Header Duties Provide strategic leadership to ensure the smooth operation of the child care center, aligning with educational best practices and regulatory requirements Develop, implement, and evaluate curriculum plans that support early childhood development and learning standards Manage all aspects of budgeting, including resource allocation, expense tracking, and financial planning to sustain center operations Lead staff recruitment, supervision, professional development facilitation, and performance evaluations to build a motivated and skilled team Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to early childhood education, health & safety standards, and legal requirements such as special education law Foster positive relationships with families through effective communication, parent engagement initiatives, and community outreach efforts Oversee fundraising activities and community partnerships to support program growth and sustainability Monitor classroom quality through regular assessments, faculty evaluation, and instructional leadership in accordance with best practices in education administration Header Requirements Proven experience in school administrative leadership or as a school or child care center director with a strong background in early childhood education Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development tailored to preschool or early childhood settings Extensive knowledge of educational compliance regulations, including childhood development standards and special education law Strong management skills with experience supervising staff, managing budgets as an executive education administrator, and facilitating professional development in schools Excellent communication skills for public speaking, team leadership, and building relationships with families and community partners Familiarity with school legal issues related to early childhood programs and personnel management in education environments Background in classroom teaching or working directly with students in K-12 or early childhood settings is highly desirable Ability to develop strategic plans for program growth while maintaining high standards of educational quality This role is integral to creating a vibrant learning environment where children thrive.
