A Preschool or Childcare Director manages and directs programs for very young children. Supervises child care workers and pre-school teachers. Proposes policies, program fees and budgets for approval by a program board or administrative agency or implements policies of a national organization. Meets with parents and staff to discuss the development, learning and behavior of children in the program or center. Orders supplies and monitors maintenance and cleaning at a facility. Ensures that the program or center meets state and federal guidelines.

The Office Manager is a vital member of the team and plays a huge role in our day to day operations beginning with such responsibilities as A/P, A/R, account reconciliation, payroll, month end closing and a variety of other duties.
Qualified candidates will have a strong knowledge of accounting, an Associate's degree or equivalent work experience and knowledge and proficiency of PC based applications such as Microsoft Excel and Word. They will be detail orientated, accurate, able to work independently and in a group, have the ability to multi-task and will possess good communication skills. They will possess high personal integrity, a caring attitude and portray a positive image.
