Role:

As a Center Director, you are the heartbeat of your center. You will lead with purpose, building a high-performing team and ensuring a safe, welcoming, and inspiring environment for children to learn and grow. Using KinderCare's research-backed curriculum and accreditation standards, you'll oversee daily operations and drive educational and business success. As a Center Director, you will: Hire, engage, and develop a team of passionate educators who deliver high-quality care and learning every day Partner with families to create strong, trusting relationships and shared educational goals Cultivate meaningful connections with your local community, licensing agencies, and internal teams Lead center operations, including staffing, enrollment, compliance, and budgeting Use your business acumen to grow center enrollment and deliver exceptional family experiences

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of leadership experience in a licensed childcare, education, or related setting Proven ability to lead, coach, and inspire a team Strong customer service and organizational skills Experience with budgeting and financial accountability preferred Familiarity with state licensing, NAEYC/NAC accreditation processes preferred Ability to meet state-specific Director qualifications Able to work full-time on-site; physically able to interact with young children at their level Proficient in basic computer applications (e.g., email, Microsoft Office, data entry) Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in
