This is an exciting leadership opportunity for someone passionate about youth development, staff mentorship, and creating a high-quality, engaging program environment. As a Site Director, you will oversee daily program operations, lead a team of staff by having a hands on part of the program and ensure compliance with YMCA standards and New Hampshire state licensing requirements. This role is ideal for a strong communicator and leader who thrives in a dynamic, youth-focused environment. This position can be either Full Time or Part time and is located at one of our public school sites. Some hours will be fulfilled at the Allard Center branch as well as in the school before and after regular school hours.

Shifts:

Mornings 6:45-8:30am and 2:30-6:00pm. Full time also includes prep/planning time during the day. Why Join Us? Qualifications:

Must meet State of New Hampshire licensing requirements for School Age Childcare Site Director CPR/AED and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain) Experience in youth development, childcare, or school-age programming required Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to lead staff and manage a dynamic program environment
