Job Description
KinderCare seeks a Site Director for Nottingham West Elementary to lead daily operations of an onsite before- and after-school program. The Director will oversee staff, ensure a safe, engaging learning environment, manage budgets and enrollment, and build strong relationships with families, school partners, and the community. Responsibilities include implementing educational curricula, maintaining licensing and regulatory compliance, coaching and developing team members, and promoting KinderCare's inclusive culture.
