This role provides leadership for high-quality youth development programs, supervises two Regional Directors, builds strong community partnerships, and drives program growth and long-term sustainability. Working collaboratively with schools, families, and community organizations, this leader will help expand the YMCA's impact and strengthen the communities we serve. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Education, Child Development, Recreation Management, or a related field preferred. Must meet New Hampshire Child Care Licensing employment eligibility requirements. Five or more years of leadership experience in YMCA, childcare, youth development, nonprofit, or related program management preferred. Valid driver's license required. Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain collaborative relationships with schools, families, community partners, and other stakeholders. Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other related software applications.
