We are a fast growing, high volume restaurant group that focuses on amazing beer, and even better food! The Kitchen Manager is a hands-on role that will involve cooking on the line at all peak times. This role will also be responsible for back of house operations including but not limited to: Hiring, training, developing, and scheduling all BOH positions Running and overseeing day to day BOH operations Setting high standards for food quality Conducting bi-weekly inventory of all food and dry goods Ordering food and dry good products Setting high standards for respect and professionalism amongst all staff Ensuring company policies and standards are adhered to and all products are made to spec Maintaining clear communication with management staff Monitoring and maintaining food and labor costs Creating weekly specials Ensuring health code standards and proper sanitation are being adhered to at all times
