You will work closely with our team to create a supportive classroom environment and will be responsible for developing a curriculum that is age-appropriate and fun. Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will include:

Lead & Support:

Guide, mentor, and support teaching staff while fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.

Build Relationships:

Develop strong relationships with children, families, staff, schools, and community partners.

Oversee Programming:

Help plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities that encourage creativity, independence, and social-emotional growth.

Manage Daily Operations:

Oversee attendance, staffing, communication, documentation, and the day-to-day flow of the program.

Maintain Quality & Compliance:

Ensure the program meets licensing requirements, safety standards, and organizational policies.

Grow & Improve:

Bring ideas to the table, solve problems, support continuous improvement, and contribute to a program where children and staff can succeed. We're looking for someone who is organized, approachable, flexible, and confident in their ability to lead —someone who can jump in when needed, think on their feet, and bring both professionalism and heart to the role.

Qualifications:

Must be at least 20 years of age CPR and First Aid Certified Preferred experience 6+ credits in Early education, education or a related field
