The Site Director oversees daily operations, ensures licensing and safety compliance, and manages staff scheduling, coaching, and performance. This role partners with school leaders and families to deliver high-quality, developmentally appropriate programming that supports social, emotional, and academic growth. The Site Director manages enrollment, budgets, and reporting while fostering an inclusive, nurturing culture aligned with KinderCare's mission of enriching early childhood education.
