The Center Director is the heartbeat of the school—supporting teachers, partnering with families, and ensuring everything behind the scenes runs like a well-loved routine. You'll create an environment where children feel safe and inspired, and where staff feel supported, encouraged, and ready to bring their best every day.

What You Bring:

Age 21+ High school diploma or equivalent (higher education in Early Childhood Education or related fields is a big plus) Ability to meet state licensing and center requirements BA Degree required 1-2 years of leadership or management experience; early childhood experience strongly preferred

Pay:

$63,000.00 - $71,000.00 per year
