3001560037-2 Apply for this job now Job Description KinderCare seeks a Site Director for Middletown Village Elementary School to lead our early childhood education program. The Site Director oversees daily center operations, ensures licensing and safety compliance, manages staff scheduling and development, and partners closely with school leadership and families. This role designs and implements high-quality, developmentally appropriate curriculum, monitors classroom quality, and uses data to support each child's growth. The Site Director manages budgets, enrollment, and family communications while fostering an inclusive, nurturing culture aligned with KinderCare's mission. Responsibilities Lead daily operations of the school-based early childhood program Ensure compliance with state licensing, safety, and health regulations Recruit, train, schedule, and coach teaching and support staff Design and oversee implementation of developmentally appropriate curriculum Monitor classroom quality and use data to support child outcomes Manage site budget, enrollment targets, and resource allocation Build strong relationships with families to support communication and engagement Collaborate with elementary school leadership and community partners Maintain accurate records and reporting for regulatory and organizational needs Promote an inclusive, nurturing culture aligned with Kinder Care values Required Skills Early childhood education program management Staff supervision and scheduling Curriculum planning and implementation Child development knowledge Regulatory and licensing compliance Budgeting and enrollment management Family and school partnership building Health, safety, and risk management Data tracking and reporting Conflict resolution and team leadership
