Overview We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Head Teacher to lead our Parent Linking Program daycare. The Parent Linking Program provides daycare services to teen parents at Passaic High School. Duties Lead and supervise classroom teachers to deliver high-quality early childhood education aligned with curriculum standards and developmental best practices Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans Manage classroom environments to ensure safety, effective behavior management, and optimal child engagement Foster strong communication with teen parents Coordinate assessments using standardized testing tools to monitor child development progress and inform instructional adjustments Requirements Bachelor's degree / Associates Degree with 3 years of early childhood experience Excellent communication skills for effective parent engagement and team collaboration Join us as a Head Teacher where your leadership where you will inspire young minds.
