The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in education administration, demonstrating exceptional management and leadership skills. The Assistant Director will play a crucial role in strategic planning, mentoring teachers, and fostering an environment that promotes academic excellence. Responsibilities Assist in the development and implementation of educational programs that align with the KinderCare's mission and goals. Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring that all administrative functions run smoothly and efficiently. Collaborate with faculty and staff to enhance educational offerings and improve student outcomes. Oversee budgeting processes, ensuring effective allocation of resources to meet departmental needs. Provide leadership and guidance to staff, promoting professional development and a positive work environment. Engage in strategic planning initiatives to advance the university's objectives and enhance its reputation. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Education Administration or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Proven experience in education administration or a similar leadership role within a Childcare setting. Strong management skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively. Excellent budgeting skills with experience in financial planning and resource allocation. Demonstrated ability to engage in strategic planning processes that drive institutional success. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate with families.
