We are seeking a passionate, energetic, and experienced Director of School to join our team and inspire educators, partner with families, and ensure every child receives an outstanding educational experience. As the Director of School, some of your responsibilities will include: Lead the daily operations of a vibrant school while fostering a positive, collaborative culture. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, licensing, and Apple Montessori Schools policies and procedures. Maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children thrive. Build strong relationships with families through exceptional communication and partnership. Oversee enrollment, tours, registration, waitlists, and student records. Partner with educational leadership to ensure curriculum excellence and high-quality classroom experiences. Monitor staffing, classroom ratios, attendance, and school operations. Manage budgets, supplies, facility needs, and operational excellence. Lead staff meetings, professional development, and ongoing coaching initiatives. Requirements:
We're looking for a collaborative leader who is passionate about early childhood education and developing high-performing teams.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree required (Education or related field required) Previous Director in ECE experience required Excellent leadership, coaching, and team-building skills Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based technology CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain) Montessori Certification or willingness to obatain within first year of hire.
