Socorro, New Mexico Center Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for total center operation in compliance with all State and Federal licensing regulations. Manages the Center's administrative functions. Ensures that accurate records are maintained to include, student, staff, financial, parent-involvement, daily attendance, mean-count, in-kind contributions and other required records. Responsible for enrollment in all early childhood development programs and for the ongoing recruitment of children into the program. Ensures implementation and adherence of all regulatory statutes for programs at the Center. Responsible for conducting monthly staff meetings and in-service training. Manages the center's administrative functions which include complying and implementing all Policies and Procedures. Responsible for arranging and conducting monthly staff meetings and in-service training. Must meet childcare licensing requirements for

Manager Minimum Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in early childhood development or related field and a minimum of three years of experience working with pre-school children and families. Must meet childcare licensing requirements for a Center Manager. Submit to an FBI Criminal Record Investigation and Fingerprinting as required by Federal and State law. Must have a valid State of NM Driver's license. $37,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year
