Kid Krazy Preschool in Astoria Queens is seeking an early childhood educator for our 3K classroom. Kid Krazy is known for their excellence in developing our young learners. • $75,000 +Health benefits +401 K The following requirements are needed:

QUALIFICATIONS

: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field. NYS Certification in Early Childhood Education or Childhood Education is preferred. Or, Actively pursuing or eligible to pursue New York State (NYS) Early Childhood Education Teacher Certification. At least 2 years experience working in an ECE classroom

• Have strong Classroom management skills
• Familiar with Common Core, Work Sampling, Ecers and ESI-R
• Ability to lead a team of assistant teachers
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize the needs of the UPK Program
• Experience working with parents while maintaining ongoing communication regarding their children's progress and schools' policies and activities.
• Strong understanding of child development
