The Child Care Director must manage day to day operations with positive and effective leadership The Child Care Director must create team building opportunities The Child Care Director must multitask and prioritize tasks in a busy environment The Child Care Director must be Proficient in Google Docs, Microsoft word, excel and be willing to learn new computer programs The Child Care Director must display flexibility to "jump in" to classrooms or the kitchen as needed The Child Care Director is responsible for complying with OCFS, Department of Health regulations, and Building and Fire Codes The Child Care Director manages teacher and child schedules and maintains OCFS ratios The Child Care Director displays kind, caring, and respectful parent interactions with our valued families and prospective students. The Child Care Director has experience in Child Care and/or Education The Child Care Director should be comfortable mentoring teachers The Child Care Director must be able to stay calm in emergency situations
