Our school serves children ages 2 through UPK. The Director will be responsible for overseeing daily school operations and classroom programs, supervising and supporting teaching staff and serving as a liaison between families, the school district, staff, and church administration. The role also includes ensuring a nurturing, safe, and developmentally appropriate environment, as well as maintaining compliance with New York State regulations and UPK guidelines. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for early childhood development and a comprehensive understanding of best practices in early childhood education. They will be an inspiring leader who supports and motivates staff, builds strong partnerships with families, and fosters a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous growth. Candidates must have a minimum of two years teaching experience in early childhood education and at least two years of supervisory experience.
