Meets with parents and staff to discuss the development, learning and behavior of children in the program or center. Orders supplies and monitors maintenance and cleaning at a facility. Ensures that the program or center meets state and federal guidelines.

Now Hiring:
Preschool Director (Immediate Opening) Our Preschool is seeking a passionate, organized, and experienced Preschool Director to join our team immediately. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated early childhood professional to lead a nurturing, high-quality preschool program while supporting our teachers, children, and families. Qualifications  Bachelor's Degree with at least 12 college credits in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a closely related field, OR  A Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or Children's Program Administrator Credential (CPAC), along with the experience required by OCFS. Responsibilities Job Responsibilities  Oversee the daily operations of the preschool.  Supervise, mentor, and support teaching staff.  Ensure compliance with all OCFS regulations and licensing requirements.  Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff.  Assist with curriculum implementation and classroom quality.  Maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.  Support enrollment, family communication, and school events.
