Candidate must be NYS Certified Teacher in Early Childhood Education with Master 's or Bachelor Degree. with minimum 2 years experience. The ideal candidate will oversee curriculum development, staff management, and program quality to ensure a nurturing and educational environment for young learners. This role requires strategic vision, strong leadership skills, and a passion for early childhood education to foster a positive learning atmosphere aligned with our institution's mission. Duties Develop, implement, and evaluate preschool curriculum in accordance with educational standards and best practices. Manage daily operations of the preschool, including staff supervision, scheduling, and resource allocation. Lead recruitment, training, and professional development initiatives for teaching staff and support personnel. Oversee budgeting processes to ensure efficient use of resources while maintaining high-quality programs. Establish and maintain relationships with parents, community partners, and educational stakeholders to promote program growth and engagement. Ensure compliance with licensing regulations, safety standards, and accreditation requirements. Monitor student progress and implement strategies to support diverse learning needs.
