You'll balance people leadership, family relationships, operational excellence, and business performance while ensuring children receive the highest quality care and learning experience.

You will:

Lead, coach, and develop a team of early childhood educators and center staff Create a positive, supportive culture where teachers feel valued and empowered Ensure a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children Build meaningful relationships with families and provide exceptional customer service Support enrollment, family retention, and overall center growth Oversee center operations, staffing, scheduling, and compliance Monitor center financials and use business metrics to identify opportunities and solutions Ensure compliance with New York State licensing requirements and KinderCare standards Support curriculum implementation and high-quality classroom experiences Partner with your team to solve challenges, celebrate successes, and continuously improve What We're Looking For We're looking for a confident, people-focused leader who is passionate about early childhood education and knows how to bring out the best in a team.

You should have:
