Center Assistant Love working with kids, creativity, and making a difference? Join the PICCA Head Start Team! We are looking for energetic, caring educators who are ready to inspire young learners and create fun, engaging classrooms where children and grow, learn, and thrive.

What you will do:

Be the friendly face of the center and welcome families, visitors, and partners. Answer phones, support the front desk, and keep things running smoothly. Help keep the center safe and secure by following check-in procedures. Support the Center Coordinator with compliance (Head Start, DCY, Step Up to Quality, PICCA policies). Keep records organized and assist with licensing and monitoring needs. Jump in to help classrooms when extra hands are needed. Help create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for children and families. Balance office tasks with hands-on support to keep the center flowing and families engaged.
