Responsibilities Provide visionary leadership to staff and teachers, promoting a collaborative and motivated team environment. Develop and implement innovative curriculum plans that support developmental milestones and educational excellence. Manage the school's budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to enhance program quality. Lead strategic planning initiatives to expand program offerings, increase enrollment, and strengthen community partnerships. Oversee daily operations, including enrollment processes, compliance with licensing standards, and safety protocols. Supervise staff performance through regular evaluations, coaching, and professional development opportunities. Coordinate fundraising efforts to support facility improvements, scholarships, and program enhancements. Serve as the primary public speaker for the preschool, engaging with parents, community members, and stakeholders to promote the program's mission. Experience Proven management experience in education administration or early childhood education settings. Extensive classroom teaching experience working directly with young children in preschool environments. Demonstrated success in curriculum development tailored to early childhood learning standards. Strong background in strategic planning and budgeting within an educational context. Experience supervising staff and leading teams towards shared goals. Excellent public speaking skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences. Knowledge of licensing requirements and best practices in early childhood education.
