Children's Garden Child Development Center is seeking an experienced, motivated, and compassionate Childcare Center Director to lead our Darby location. This leadership position is responsible for the daily operations of the center while ensuring a safe, high-quality learning environment for children, families, and staff. Responsibilities Oversee daily center operations and ensure compliance with Pennsylvania child care licensing regulations. Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate staff. Support curriculum implementation and classroom quality. Build positive relationships with children, families, staff, and community partners. Maintain enrollment, staffing, and required licensing documentation. Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children. Foster a positive, collaborative workplace culture. Qualifications Meets Pennsylvania Director qualifications under child care licensing regulations. Associates or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is required. Minimum of 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a licensed child care center. Strong knowledge of Pennsylvania child care regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Must obtain all required Pennsylvania clearances and health documentation.
