Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and motivated Daycare Director to oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with Pennsylvania state regulations, and lead our team of educators. The ideal candidate is organized, compassionate and has strong leadership skills with a deep understanding of early childhood education. Duties Manage day to day operations of the daycare facility Ensure compliance with all Pennsylvania licensing and safety regulations Supervise, hire and train staff Maintain a safe, clean and welcoming environment Communicate effectively with staff, parents and guardians Manage enrollment, scheduling and budgeting Conduct staff evaluations and support staff development Qualifications Minimumof 3-5 years of experience in childcare or early childhood education Previous leadership or management experience preferred Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field Knowledge of Pennsylvania childcare regulations Strong organizational, communication and leadership skills CPR/ First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain) Background check and clearances required Benefits Competitive Salary based on experience Paid time off and Holiday pay Professional development opportunities Supportive team environment Schedule Monday to Friday Full time hours Join us in creating a warm, engaging environment where children thrive!
