We are seeking an experienced, results-driven leader who is passionate about developing children, supporting teachers, building strong family relationships, and driving operational excellence. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader who can balance educational quality with business operations while fostering a positive, accountable, and collaborative culture. This individual will lead by example, inspire their team, and ensure our school consistently delivers an outstanding experience for children, families, and staff. Key Responsibilities Lead the daily operations of the school while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. Build and maintain trusting relationships with families through transparency, professionalism, and exceptional customer service. Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop teachers and administrative staff, creating a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Ensure full compliance with Pennsylvania DHS regulations, licensing requirements, and Celebree brand standards. Oversee curriculum implementation and maintain high-quality classroom environments that support children's learning and development. Monitor enrollment, retention, staffing, scheduling, and overall operational performance. Partner with ownership to establish operational goals and implement strategies for continued growth. Represent the school within the local community by developing partnerships, participating in community events, and supporting philanthropic initiatives. Maintain accurate records and utilize technology to support efficient school operations. Lead with professionalism, integrity, sound judgment, and a solutions-focused mindset in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education, Business Management, or another DHS-approved field. Minimum of five (5) years of leadership experience in a licensed childcare center; franchise experience is strongly preferred. Extensive knowledge of Pennsylvania DHS licensing regulations and childcare compliance. Strong understanding of curriculum implementation, quality assurance, talent development, and operational excellence. Experience using childcare management software such as Daycare Works, Tadpoles, Teaching Strategies, CRM platforms, and childcare subsidy systems is preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams. Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities, make sound decisions, and perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Preferred Experience Business management, operations management, or project management experience. Experience overseeing budgets, financial reporting, labor management, payroll processes, and expense control. Strong understanding of budgeting, financial planning, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Experience supporting enrollment growth, customer satisfaction, and long-term retention.
