This leadership role requires a professional with comprehensive expertise in education administration, curriculum development, and school management to ensure the delivery of high-quality early childhood education aligned with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in strategic planning, financial oversight, personnel management, and educational compliance, fostering an environment that promotes childhood development, staff excellence, and community engagement. Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance program quality, operational efficiency, and organizational growth. Oversee daily center operations, ensuring adherence to educational standards, safety regulations, and legal requirements related to early childhood education. Lead curriculum development initiatives that support developmental milestones and align with best practices in early childhood education. Manage budgets effectively, including financial planning, resource allocation, and overseeing expenditures to ensure fiscal responsibility. Supervise school staff including teachers, administrative personnel, and support staff through effective personnel management and professional development facilitation. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations governing early childhood education programs and maintain accurate documentation for audits. Facilitate faculty evaluation processes to promote instructional excellence and continuous improvement. Lead fundraising efforts by cultivating community partnerships and exploring grant opportunities to support program sustainability. Conduct public speaking engagements to promote the center's mission within the community and stakeholder groups. Oversee special education law compliance and ensure inclusive practices for children with diverse needs. Foster a positive school culture focused on childhood development, family engagement, and staff collaboration. Qualifications Proven experience in school administrative leadership within early childhood or K-12 settings. Extensive knowledge of curriculum development tailored for early childhood education environments. Demonstrated success in managing budgets as an executive education administrator. Strong understanding of educational compliance, legal regulations, including special education law. Experience in personnel management including supervising teachers and administrative staff. Skilled in strategic planning, management, fundraising, and community outreach efforts. Background in instructional leadership with a focus on classroom experience in early childhood or K-12 settings. Excellent communication skills for public speaking, team leadership, and stakeholder engagement. Familiarity with school legal knowledge related to educational standards and regulations. Ability to facilitate professional development sessions for educators focused on best practices in childhood development.
