Overview We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Preschool Director to lead our early childhood education program with enthusiasm and strategic insight. This pivotal role involves overseeing all aspects of preschool operations, fostering a nurturing environment for young learners, and ensuring the highest standards of educational excellence. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for childhood development, strong leadership skills, and a comprehensive understanding of educational regulations and best practices. As a Preschool Director, you will inspire staff, engage families, and drive the growth and success of our preschool community. Duties Provide strategic leadership to develop and implement innovative curriculum plans aligned with early childhood development standards Lead school administration, including managing personnel, supervising staff performance, and facilitating professional development opportunities Oversee budgeting processes, manage financial resources effectively, and ensure fiscal responsibility across all programs Coordinate fundraising initiatives to support school growth, resource acquisition, and community engagement efforts Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal education regulations, including special education law and childhood development standards Conduct faculty evaluations, supervise classroom instruction, and promote instructional leadership to enhance teaching quality Foster a positive school culture by promoting teamwork, open communication, and continuous improvement among staff and families Requirements Proven experience as a School Administrative Director or similar leadership role within a K-12 or early childhood education setting Extensive knowledge of educational compliance, regulation standards, and legal requirements related to preschool operations Strong background in curriculum development, instructional leadership, and classroom management in early childhood or elementary education Demonstrated success in managing budgets as an executive education administrator and overseeing personnel management in educational environments Skilled in facilitating professional development sessions for educators focused on childhood development and best teaching practices Excellent public speaking abilities to communicate effectively with staff, parents, community stakeholders, and board members Experience working with students across diverse backgrounds including special education law considerations . Pay:
$60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
