Review and update policies and procedures, family handbook and risk management policies annually. Enforce said policies including scheduling of necessary training. Essential Duty? Yes Description of Job Duty Ensure compliance with all appropriate federal, state and local regulatory agencies such as Illinois Department of Early Childhood and the Child and Adult Care Food Program, provide needed documentation for the Illinois Quality Rating System, and maintain accreditation through the National Association for the Education of Young Children. Essential Duty? Yes Description of Job Duty Establish appropriate classroom enrollment patterns sensitive to age appropriateness and diversity. Essential Duty? Yes Description of Job Duty Evaluate curriculum needs based on Aggregated Assessment Information and the Pyramid Model Implementation Data System (PIDS) and develop program improvement goals based on the information. Essential Duty? Yes Description of Job Duty Responsible for diversity, utilization patterns, food program, facility maintenance issues and staff in-service and development efforts. Yes Description of Job Duty Develop and monitor the annual operating budget for the Center, including maintenance of accurate financial records, and ensure fiscal responsibility and adherence to related College policy and procedures. Assess the individual in-service training needs of the staff of the Center, identify appropriate training opportunities that match interest and need, and encourage their continued professional growth through individual professional development plans. Yes Description of Job Duty Facilitate the parent orientation program for new families. Essential Duty?
