Full‑Time Cornerstone Children's Daycare is preparing to open its doors, and we are looking for an Education Director who is excited to grow with us from the ground up. This role is ideal for someone who believes in teamwork, family engagement, and helping build a center where children, families, and staff feel supported and valued. About the Role As our Education Director, you will oversee family engagement , support daily operations, and ensure the center runs smoothly in the owner's absence . Because we are a brand‑new center, transparency is important: starting salary will be lower initially , but will increase as enrollment grows and the center becomes fully established . Key Responsibilities Lead and support family engagement initiatives Maintain a warm, professional, and organized environment Assist with daily operations and staff coordination Ensure compliance with New York State regulations Serve as acting lead when the owner is off‑site Contribute to building a positive, collaborative center culture Support curriculum implementation and classroom quality Required Qualifications At least 1 year of teaching experience Fully certified by the State of New York Strong communication and leadership skills Willingness to grow with a new center and help shape its foundation Dependable, flexible, and committed to children and families Compensation Lower starting salary during initial launch phase Scheduled increases as enrollment and revenue grow Opportunity for long‑term advancement as the center expands How to Apply If this sounds like a role you'd thrive in and you're excited to grow with us, please email your resume asykes@cornerstonecd.org We look forward to hearing from you and building something special together.
