Paper Crown Autism Therapy Center is looking for a compassionate, creative BCBA to join our growing team! Our Portsmouth & Providence centers provide play-based, individualized ABA therapy for young children on the autism spectrum , with a unique integrated model that gives children opportunities to learn, play, and build relationships alongside their neurotypical preschool peers. We're looking for a BCBA who believes therapy should be progressive, neurodiversity-affirming, and child-led, and who enjoys collaborating with families, RBTs, teachers, and other professionals to help children thrive.

What You'll Do:

Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans at both our Providence & Portsmouth locations - hours per week at each location are contingent on caseload needs. Conduct assessments and analyze client progress Supervise, train, and support RBTs/BTs Provide parent training and family support Collaborate with fellow BCBAs to ensure consistent supervision and treatment Collaborate with our preschool team to promote communication, social skills, independence, and school readiness Help create a positive clinical culture where both children and staff feel supported

What We're Looking For:

Current BCBA certification Experience working with young children with autism in a center-based setting Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills A collaborative, progressive, and compassionate approach to ABA Someone who values play, connection, inclusion, and celebrating each child's individual strengths
