Overview Join a dynamic healthcare environment as an Administrator for an Ambulatory Surgical Center, where your leadership and expertise will drive operational excellence and exceptional patient care. This pivotal role combines strategic management with hands-on oversight of daily Surgical Center operations, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and fostering a positive, efficient workplace. Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the ambulatory surgical center, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality patient experiences Manage fiscal responsibilities including budgeting, financial management, medical billing, and cost control measures Supervise healthcare staff, including clinical and administrative teams, fostering a collaborative and compliant work environment Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations such as
HIPAA, JCAHO/AAAHC
standards, and state/federal policies related to medical practice management Utilize EMR/EHR systems like HST to manage electronic health records and patient information securely and efficiently Coordinate with medical providers to optimize surgical center management, patient scheduling, and resource allocation Maintain compliance with health regulation policies and oversee quality assurance initiatives to uphold safety standards Support human resources functions including staff recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and managing HR policies Qualifications Proven experience in healthcare or Surgical Center management within outpatient or surgical settings Strong supervisory skills with demonstrated success managing multidisciplinary teams in a healthcare environment Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems such as HST or similar platforms Extensive knowledge of healthcare regulations including HIPAA compliance and
JCAHO/AAAHC
accreditation standards Expertise in fiscal management including budgeting, financial analysis, medical billing, and managed care processes Excellent managerial communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively and foster a customer service-oriented culture Background in nursing or acute care experience is advantageous; familiarity with hospital or critical care environments enhances your candidacy Skilled in office management tasks such as medical records handling, medical administrative support, and patient management software applications Knowledge of health regulation policies combined with strong organizational skills to ensure ongoing compliance and operational efficiency Embark on this rewarding journey where your leadership fuels operational success while elevating patient care standards. Pay:
$90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
