  • We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Preschool Director to oversee the operations and educational programs of our preschool facility. The ideal candidate will be passionate about early childhood education, possess strong leadership skills, and have a vision for providing high-quality care and education to young children.
  • Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure the smooth operation of the preschool
  • Oversee curriculum development and educational programs in alignment with state standards
  • Manage the day-to-day activities of the preschool, including staff supervision and student enrollment
  • Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress and program effectiveness
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and community stakeholders to create a supportive learning environment
  • Ensure compliance with licensing regulations and maintain a safe and nurturing environment for children
  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Previous experience in education administration, preferably in a preschool setting
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate staff
  • Knowledge of budgeting, strategic planning, and program development
  • Ability to educate and engage young children effectively
  • Certification in Early Childhood Education is a plus
