Duties Provide strategic leadership and vision for the preschool program, aligning with organizational goals and educational best practices Develop and implement innovative curriculum plans that promote childhood development, creativity, and social-emotional growth Manage all aspects of school administration, including staffing, budgeting, compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and facility management Lead recruitment, hiring, training, supervision, and evaluation of preschool staff to ensure high-quality instruction and supportive classroom environments Facilitate ongoing professional development opportunities for teachers and staff to enhance instructional skills and pedagogical approaches Oversee fundraising initiatives and community engagement efforts to support program growth and resource acquisition Ensure adherence to all state and federal regulations related to early childhood education, special education law, and safety standards Requirements Extensive experience in early childhood education or preschool administration with a proven track record in leadership roles Strong knowledge of curriculum development tailored for preschool-aged children that supports holistic development Demonstrated expertise in managing budgets as an executive education administrator with fiscal responsibility Familiarity with educational compliance, legal regulations including special education law, and licensing requirements for early childhood programs Excellent management skills with experience supervising school staff and facilitating professional development in educational settings Proven ability to develop strategic plans that drive program success and community engagement Exceptional communication skills suitable for public speaking, stakeholder collaboration, and team leadership Background in classroom teaching or direct work with young children is highly desirable Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices Experience with CACFP food program Join us as we cultivate a vibrant learning environment where young children thrive!
