Overview We are seeking an energetic and visionary Director of Childcare Center to lead our early childhood education programs with passion and strategic insight. Duties Provide strategic leadership to ensure the delivery of high-quality early childhood education aligned with best practices and regulatory standards Develop and implement innovative curriculum plans that support childhood development milestones and foster creativity Oversee all administrative functions including staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation to maintain operational excellence Lead staff recruitment, supervision, professional development facilitation, and performance evaluations to cultivate a motivated and skilled team Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to childcare licensing, health & safety standards, and educational policies Manage fundraising initiatives to support program growth and facility improvements Collaborate with families, community partners, and stakeholders to promote engagement and transparency within the center Conduct regular assessments of program quality through faculty evaluation and classroom observations to uphold instructional excellence Skills Extensive experience in education administration within K-12 or early childhood settings with a focus on management and leadership roles Strong background in curriculum development tailored for early childhood education environments Proven ability in strategic planning, managing budgets as an executive education administrator, and fundraising efforts Deep knowledge of educational compliance, regulation understanding including special education law and childhood development standards Skilled in personnel management including supervising school staff, facilitating professional development sessions, and evaluating faculty performance Excellent communication skills for public speaking engagements with staff, families, and community partners Demonstrated expertise in classroom experience with young children coupled with leadership in instructional settings Familiarity with school legal knowledge related to early childhood programs and school administrative operations The center director shall be physically present on-site during the hours of the center's operation. The center director shall be at least 21 years of age and meet one of the following qualifications: (i) A bachelor's degree or advanced degree from a state-approved college or university in early childhood education, child development, child psychology or a related field that includes at least eighteen credit hours in child development and/or early childhood education; (ii) A bachelor's degree from a state-approved college or university in any subject area, six months experience working with children in a licensed, approved or registered child care facility; (iii) An associate's degree from a state-approved college or university in early childhood education, child development, child psychology or a related field, that includes at least eighteen credit hours in child development and/or early childhood education with six months' work experience in a licensed, approved or registered child care facility; (iv) A diploma in child development/early childhood education from a state-approved institution or a child development associate credential (CDA), and one year work experience in a licensed, approved or registered child care facility; or (v) A High School Diploma or

GED, AND

Early Childhood Development (ECD) 101 with 3 years' experience in a licensed, approved or registered child care facility. One year shall include supervision of child care staff.
