Fellowship Preschool:
operations, staff, enrollment, safety, and family relationships. You serve under the leadership of the Pastor and Parish Relations Team (PRT) and are the primary point of contact for all program-related matters. You are present, proactive, and deeply invested in building a program where children thrive and families feel at home. Basic Requirements Has a growing personal relationship with Jesus Christ Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education Administration, or related field preferred Experience in Leadership role Demonstrates strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills Submits to a criminal background check, fingerprinting, and Safe Gathering certification Physically able to meet the demands of the role including working alongside staff and children Remains CPR, First Aid, and AED certified Key Responsibilities Program Operations Present and accessible during all school hours Oversee all daily operations including arrival, dismissal, and emergency procedures Maintain current knowledge of and compliance with TN DHS guidelines and staff-to-child ratios Maintain and update program details on Preschool website and social media channels Staffing & HR Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, and train Lead Teachers and Teacher's Aides Address any staffing concerns as they occur. Ensure classrooms are always appropriately covered. Enrollment & Registration Manage the full enrollment cycle in
Lillio:
applications, approvals, waitlists, and tuition invoicing Financial Oversight Manage program purchases and track spending against the annual budget Monitor monthly tuition payments and follow up on late accounts per policy Family & Community Engagement Serve as the primary point of contact for families regarding enrollment, policy, and student concerns Oversee communication via Lillio, email, and social media. Plan and lead Open House and all parent-facing events throughout the year Oversee marketing of the program and student recruitment Curriculum & Program Quality Oversee curriculum implementation across all classrooms Review and update the Parent Handbook, Staff Handbook, and program documents annually Monitor classroom environments to ensure they align with Fellowship standards Actively maintain TN DHS licensure compliance and documentation
