Position Overview Proof in Progress ABA is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. As a BCBA, you will play a key leadership role in developing and overseeing individualized treatment programs, mentoring clinical staff, partnering with families, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, ethical ABA services. What You'll Do Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans Analyze client data and make treatment modifications to promote meaningful progress Provide ongoing supervision and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Conduct parent and caregiver training to support skill generalization and family empowerment Collaborate with interdisciplinary professionals, families, and team members to ensure comprehensive care Monitor treatment integrity and ensure services are delivered according to clinical best practices Complete documentation, reports, treatment plans, and assessments in a timely manner Maintain compliance with BACB ethical standards, payer requirements, and company policies Participate in team meetings, clinical trainings, and professional development opportunities Foster a positive, supportive, and child-centered therapy environment focused on dignity, respect, and meaningful outcomes What We Value At Proof in Progress ABA, we are guided by: Integrity & Transparency - We communicate openly and uphold ethical, client-centered practices.
