Dayton Campus Full Time Position Key Responsibilities:
Personnel & Team Leadership Manage team productivity, optimize underutilized resources, and handle conflict resolution. Oversee human resources processes including hiring, interviewing, staff training, evaluations, coaching plans, corrective actions, and termination recommendations. Foster a positive, client-centered team environment to maintain strong staff morale and coordinate clinical coverage. Financial Management Oversee program budgets, approve purchases, monitor debit card transactions, and authorize rental assistance within guidelines. Drive financial health by meeting revenue projections and minimizing expenses to achieve zero-neutral or positive margins. Meet or exceed monthly

location goals. Clinical & Program Operations Ensure full compliance with licensure, contract requirements, and
MCO/CARF
standards. Maintain adherence to organizational policies, program goals, and optimal service mixes. Direct operational workflows, including new program implementation, new client assignments, and the execution of the THL model and staff changes in the integrated care arena. Customer & Community Relations Resolve customer complaints and troubleshoot client-related issues within the clinic and local community. Act as a recognized behavioral health expert at community events, presentations, and local agency meetings. Collaborate with community leaders to identify gaps in care and design strategic solutions.
Qualifications:
Qualifications & Requirements Education:
Master's Degree in Behavioral Sciences or a closely related field.
Licensure:
Professional clinical license is highly preferred.
Experience:
Proven supervisory and leadership experience is required.
Skills:
Demonstrated ability to coordinate agency activities and build strong working relationships with staff, county officials, and the general public.
